The order will be ready for shipment or pick-up within 2 to 3 working days.
You can exchange the product for another product of your choice within 30 days of your purchase. Here you can return the product to DressMe B.V. together with the order number and the size you would like to receive. After receiving the product, the new product will be delivered to you within 5 working days in the Netherlands.
You can return the order within 30 working days afther your purchase with the request for a refund of the purchase amount. The purchase amount will be refunded to the payment number from which the order was paid.
You can also receive the order abroad. The shipping costs and delivery depend on the country where you want to receive the order. If your country is not a standard option in the shopping basket please contact us at radboudstore@dressme.nl and we will check out the possibilities.
Employees can order products on account, stating the cost center number, if they are intended for internal use at Radboud University. In advance you should choose the option payment afterwards in the check out. In the form you must state the cost center number.
